Quick update about the reasons behind the changes. The core software the forum runs on is not written by us it is external. It is a fairly bare bones forum software (be design), we then add a significant amount of functions / features both via in house modules and external 3rd party ones...

That is correct, only admin (myself) has access to PM's, not the moderators. The moderation queue only shows relevant items that the mod/admin have permission to view, so private message moderation queue items don't show up for moderators.

I have found the cause of the issue, just working on a solution to stop it from happening in the future.

There have been no recent changes in that area of the software recently, but I will investigate.

I agree that the loss of the t - start time variable is unfortunate. This will be addressed in a forthcoming update.

I'm not sure what you mean, can you elaborate? Maybe screenshot? No changes have been made recently that would change what you see in regards to thanks/views.

There was, but it is no longer available. Similarly to the iOS app it only had very basic functionality. A coming update to the forum will improve mobile performance on the website further and provide the potential to install the site as a progressive web app as an alternative to a native app.

Quick update; this ad behaviour now been disabled and should stop occurring within the next 30mins, hopefully much sooner. Apologies for this hiccup.

I've just checked and I have experienced this as well (if not logged in). This shouldn't be happening, so thanks for reporting I will look into what's gone wrong.

We have never had pop up ads, logged in or not. The only change since the new year was a trial of ads between pages for users not logged in (limited to being shown once/hour).
