It's been available since I originally posted as far as I'm aware. Did it load in the App Store and say unavailable or was the landing page unavailable? Other than that do you know what iDevice you're using and which iOS version?

The forum software is not vBulletin, so that's not an option.

You are correct, links are created to certain brands when they are mentioned in threads and these links are omitted currently for registered members logged in. So fear not, you won't be accused of plugging :D

Very odd, it's just appearing as a normal rightmove link to me. We don't have any affiliate links for rightmove. If someone could copy and paste the nasty link without going to it and private message me, that would be great. I will then investigate further.

It's the best of both, because there is a warning message that the thread is old, and you can tick a box to acknowledge that you want to post anyway and it will still allow you to post. If you don't tick the 'acknowledge that the thread is old' box you get the message mentioned above. ;)
