I'm no plumber buddy but handy at diy. Unfortunatly I ended up having to replace the pipes that where blocked. I literally went in from the trap and ran a new pipe from the T junction to the rad leg. Had to cut into the stud wall a little but it wasn't that bad at all. Nothing else would work...

sounds blocked to me, I had similar problems and it turned out there was rock like deposits in the plastic microbore (mainly at the bends after the T)

Ok its working now!!! after a strip and clean and back together as above both DHW and CH are working! Thanks for the diagram, that helped allot!

ok I have again stripped it down and here are a few new pictures to show how its currently going back together the part with the spring goes in from the other side of the plastic manifold

Sorry Tony I maybe didn't make myself very clear. I put the diverter valve back together but where you push it back into the plastic body there is a pin with a small cylinder that sits in the valve. Pressumably to push the pin inside the valve itself to activate the switch. Does that make...
