    Cooker hood fixings

    I'm about to fit my cooker hood, but I'm unsure of the type of fixings to use. The wall is 12mm insulated plasterboard (with 30mm insulation) and on top of that I have 8mm MDF splashback fitted. In not sure standard plasterboard plugs will work through all of that. Any ideas?
