Managed to get it working by moving cables in receiver from 2 to 3 and then linking live to 1. Thanks again for the help.

If I remove the red loop from b.off and put it between live to 1 would that be correct and move 2 to 3 That's how it's done in the video, not sure if I can link videos or not on here.

I have but I don't understand. I brought it for my mum because she is blind and it's helpful for her to control things through Alexa. The cable is from the previous receive so I didn't connect up the RT etc within the boiler.

From a YouTube video which looks like same boiler, they have 2 in 3 and loop from live to 1

It's the cable from the boiler RT, l,n going from there into the hive receiver

How come? That's how last receive was wired up.

Can someone confirm this is correct please?
