If I remove the red loop from b.off and put it between live to 1 would that be correct and move 2 to 3

If your using the rt connection on the boiler it’s live and neutral into marked connection on the hive ,live link to 1 , 3to rt on boiler

Managed to get it working by moving cables in receiver from 2 to 3 and then linking live to 1.
