Th problem started after the radiator was removed.

I have a Potterton 24 which is 2 years old. The water and radiators are not heating up. A couple of weeks ago the bathroom radiator had to be disconnected. Has not yet been reconnected. I don't know if this could have caused the problem. Can anyone offer any advice? Thanks.
