No hot water or heating - Potterton 24

I have a Potterton 24 which is 2 years old. The water and radiators are not heating up. A couple of weeks ago the bathroom radiator had to be disconnected. Has not yet been reconnected. I don't know if this could have caused the problem. Can anyone offer any advice?

Did this problem happen after the radiator removed or was it doing it before ?

i am not a plumber or heating engineer, is it a combi? if so what does the little dial at the bottom of the boiler say?

It is a combi boiler. The reading on the dial is currently just over 1.
