Can anybody suggest a supplier of 125mm door hinges ? I am having difficulty finding one. The largest size seems to be only 100mm these days.

Is here such a thing as a silent bathroom switch + pull cord ? I do not seem to be able to find one on the web - plenty of switches but they do not seem to be silent.

I have no woodworking experience but i want to do mitre cuts for skirting boards. Should I buy a mitre saw such as are available in B& Q or should I use a circular saw set at 45 % ? Does anybody use these hand mitre saws anymore ?

I put emulsion on my skirting baords by mistake. Can I now just put undercoat onto the emulsion or do I have to remove all the emulsion first ?

I want to junk my Hudson reid mixer as it does not seem to work with my Baxi 105 HE combi boiler. It uses 22mm pipes and not the usual 15mm. It has 130 mm pipe centers. Down at B&Q everything is 15mm pipes. I want to put in a manual mixer but with the same 22mm pipe size adn 130 mm pipoe...
