    Awful carpet fitter from Tapi

Any carpet fitters out there? Had one from Tapi yesterday and pretty sure hes fed me a load of b@ll. Told me he can't hoover up the bits because the carpet needs to settle for an hour or so? Sounds like he just couldn't be arsed. Worse of all he's thrown bit of door edging (sharp bits) into...

    Removing fitted wardrobes?

How are these generally fitted to the wall? I can see some sort of small "box" inside with a screw and some sort of "hook" so I assume they tighten up to some sort of battening on the wall.

Could have been worse to be honest..... No bulging but of course a stain on the ceiling now. Will I get away with just painting over the small area or, generally, does the whole lot need to be repainted?
