    I have no hot water please help

    Hi I have a 12 month old HRM wallstar condensing boiler, I have heating but only luke warm water, I have checked that all of he taps are on Max but are baffled by this, please does anyone have any suggestion as to why I only have warm water and not hot. Many Thanks :(
