I have no hot water please help

Hi I have a 12 month old HRM wallstar condensing boiler, I have heating but only luke warm water, I have checked that all of he taps are on Max but are baffled by this, please does anyone have any suggestion as to why I only have warm water and not hot.

I'm afraid you going to need a gas safe engineer . Guessing I would say secondary heat exchanger

It's an oil boiler?

Possibly the temp of the incoming cold water supply is a lot lower at present, due to external temp. If you slow the flow right down from the tap does the temp of the water increase? Otherwise I fear you may need someone to look at it.
