What would be the best way to fix these cracks in the edge of a juliet balcony. There doesn't seem to be any cracks on the balcony itself just the very end of it.
Is this something a handyman/decorator could do or do I need a specialist render repair company?

Apologies for sounding like an idiot. I'm staying in a B&B with a lovely old lady owner and when closing the bedroom window in the night somehow managed to basically twist the whole handle off so the metal has sheared away.
