fully connected via richocett and on wintex set to conf pa audible but when I press the buttons alarm doesn’t go off ... It flashes red in richocett viewer so it now pa is activated but no sound what have I done wrong

i have followed the instruction over and over again and cannot get connected to the board. Any thoughts or suggestions welcome thanks M
