Good evening all I have moved into a new build and I ended up in the attic space looking for the aerial lead. Looking at one side of the attic roof all was dark (as I would normally expect) but looking on the opposite side I was surprised to see the top third also dark, but the two-thirds...

I'm no expert of roofing, far from it infact, so can somebody please advise if this is correct as looks so amateurish! Thanks in advance :)
