So I have had misfire issues I had spark plugs and coils changed I had another misfire and was told the spark plugs looked they they hadn't been changed My question is how would car run for a few weeks of they hadn't been changed? Also could they have been changed but the car is causing them...

My car keeps misfiring I have replaced all 4 coils and spark plugs and still happening Today I also got a code for the manifold sensor I'm wondering if they are linked? I have paid 100s already and really want to know where to go next. It's a fiat 500x turbo 2018
