    I’ve had this before and a non return valve fitted on the cold inlet pipe work to the Combi sorted it, the boiler would fire when the toilet was flushed

    Try holding the menu button and the return button at the same time, do this for ten seconds and factory reset should appear. Ps remember you have a grey button on the receiver which will override the command and get you’re heating up and running.

    A symbol with both a radiator and tap sign? Try your connections at the boiler are good and if you have a multimeter check for 240v between the two wires, when you've put a demand on for ch Sorry typing to slow:~(

    Winter mode is for ch, turn selector switch to winter and make sure timer is on constant
