I have 2 new roofs that are having new Rosemary clay tiles. One has a pitch of 34 degrees the other has 34.8. as I need a Building Control Officer to sign off will this be acceptable, also will I get away with the rain issue or should I ply and felt instead of breether membrane. Thanks
