there isn`t really much to program on it anyway. maybe the entry/exit time if 30secs is to long or to short. bell time is 20mins default so thats fine. so really only the user code will need to be programmed user code change - prog old code 8 new code reset reset if you get stuck...

if your not wanting to go the wired route have a look at the visonic powermax plus . its a good piece of kit and not over priced. you can get them on ebay as well. we`ve fitted quite alot of them and never had any problems. ignore comments from other users saying wireless is ****e. they don`t...

does the strobe flash when alarm is mean`t to be ringing ?

no problem mate. your system might need reprogrammed again but try it first see how you get on.

ive never used one of they systems or no much about them. but i suspect it has defaulted back to factory settings. try 0123 or 1234 as the code see how you get on.

from memory , not done one in a long time you see. on the main panel there`s 2 connections called SAB. one of them is marked T and the other is marked A. T = tamper return A = 0 volts hope that helps.

agree with the reply above. ive used a fair few visonic kits now and no problems. not had the chance to use the i-on yet but ive heard good things. stay away from yale , they should stick to locks

the user code should stop the noise when opening the panel. if it doesn`t are you sure you are entering the correct code? because it doesn`t sound like it. you should be able to open the lid, enter code to stop noise. put new battery in, close lid then press reset . jobs a good un

there`s a few visonic wireless kits on ebay the now. price is 219quid plus vat. it comes with a control panel, outside sounder , 2 remote fobs(for turning on/off) 2 pir`s and 1 door contact. all wireless, it comes preprogrammed so just needs a few tweeks to match your house basically. good piece...

my starter motor is on its way out so ive purchaced a 2nd hand one from ebay. are they straight forward to change? . ive had a look and it seems as if its only 2 wires and 3bolts. im pretty handy with tools so is it as easy as it looks? the car is a 1999 seat ibiza cupra gti. cheers

try pushing on the key then turn the wrong way and flick it round to the right way. failing that can`t help anymore. these are the techniques i use to save myself buying new locks lol.

alright mate. i have the same problem on my citroen van. what i have to do is push the key in . keep pushing on it then turn the key. seems to work on mines so might work on yours. just a idea
