Yes the valve does have resistance and constantly clicks

I have a potterton boiler(not combi). When i select hot water from the programmer all is fine the boiler fires up but when i select CH on its own the boiler doesn't fire up. When I select CH on its own i can hear a clicking noise coming from the Motorised Valve Actuator as if it is getting...
