It's that thin I can't scrape it , I have tried , it just looks like dirt but it's definitely grout , will try the cleaner , if that doesn't work someone suggested cement remover

I grouted my kitchen floor tiles , but I have some dried grout left on the surface of some tiles ,now when the Mrs mops the floor the edges of the tiles look dirty as the grout has thinly dried , makes the tiles look as if there dirty , even tried using Brillo !......still won't shift it.....any...

Any idea where I can get new photocell

I have a light either side of the door , one works one won't come on even if it's pitch black unless I turn mains off then on

Mine are hard wired , today after a reset they are still working 2 hours+

The lights were working perfectly for over a year , then noticed that one of them wasn't working , so turned off at the mains switch , the light came back to life and was working fine for maybe 30-40 + minutes , then back to the same..... only one working , and idea what this is and how to fix...

I've purchased a new shed and want a good felt for the roof , a local company has said they have 250 gram mineral felt for £71 (Chester felt) I've found one on Amazon for £50 which is 24 grams , am I right in saying there's not much difference between the two ? Also the more the weight it is ...

Hi ,had a new tap around 3 weeks ago , worked great until a few days ago. It was very stiff to operate (up/down/left/right).....so I losened the brass nut , removed the cartridge and it operated very smooth and quiet. I replaced the cartridge and I have noticed if I tighten the brass nut the tap...

Can I tile on top of quarry tiles? One tiler I've spoken to said no as might get air underneath or something and lift new tiles. Quarry tiles are currently under the carpet ,but looks solid and firm.

Just an update..... roofers coming back Tuesday , he said he's going to put the flashing under the tiles and mitre the joint and seal it. He said the guy who put flashing on top has done it because where he used work at his previous job ,that's how he was taught , and roofers apologised and said...

Really appreciate your help (and everyone else on here) Roofer said same , he said it will come from under the tiles , because there is no plasterboards or anything so it normal. Thanks again mate really helpful and much appreciated .
