I have a power shower pump - twin head - which lately fails to deliver the hot water at a decent temperature. It sounds like it is cavitating to me as the drop in temperature coencides with the pump speeding up. The pump is in the airing cupboard. Where to start? A knackered pump or scaled...

I had the same issue and found the pci-ethernet cards were only £5 ! I have talktalk but my pc is connected to the lan1 port. My daughters use wireless laptops. Can't fault talktalk myself, although I believe they get a poor customer service rating.

I read a great book "Windpower workshop". It's by a guy with turbines on a Scottish island. It tells you how to build a turbine from scrap parts, what wood to make the blades from and their profiles etc. A really good read.

I've noticed this old girl is slow to light the pilot flame on very cold days (Like today). It's controls are basic so easy to follow. The fan starts, relay comes in, spark generator on and when the flame does light, everything is as it should be. Any suggestions/hints why this is (Weak...
