ok, just climbed up, theres no red button that can be pushed, theres a red cap, and a dark red screw thingy, but neither can push or turn!!!

hi i've moved to a rented property and have no idea how this system works. last night my hot water/heating was not working, today i've looked at the system and have no pilot light lit, i really don't no how to relight this one, could someone please help???? cheers :oops:
