Tilting fillets - When to use

I was planning on using 5U eaves protector as I would prefer something continuous. Also using over fascia vent, so a continuous fillet wouldn't be suitable. Something like this:

No I meant what is the difference between the two physically, not that one has an a on the end and the other doesn't.

These guys are only available in 45 or 55mm so thats my choice, with a T10 drive, old hard as hell joists may be asking for trouble with a 55mm length @3.5mm dia so should try the 45mm I think.

    Floorboard screw recommendation

Do you think I'd need the 45 or 55 for 19mm square edge pine contractor flooring? I always thought it was the 1/3 rule, so it would be the 55, but not 100% sure as never used these fixings before. Also reading the description of these screws are they actually meant for the type of flooring I'm...

    Copper Socket Forming Tool

Maybe not worth the purchase......if the pipe these days isn't up to it, may as well just use a coupler. Shame as I like a tool for every job!

    Single Radiator Luke warm

I dont think all TRV's are bi directional, had this a few years back myself. Modern ones seem to be, but the older ones didn't seem to have this functionality. Has it ever worked properly in this arrangement?

MAIN 24HE Boiler Question - Hot Water but Limited Burner Activity on CH

Hi All, I have a situation where the boiler (combi) intermittently fails (more often fails) to ignite the burner when the thermostat is triggered. Also radiators downstairs hardly get warm when it is running. You can hear the fan engage (or maybe this is the CH pump) when the thermostat clicks...
