    pump plans have two single check valves fitted on both out lets, your heating check valve has dirt inside it, this allows the flow of water to creep to the radiators.

    could be caused by mixer taps with no check valves fitted.or taps mixing hot water with unbalanced cold water which could result in cylinder back pressure.

    The return loop would be piped into the bottom of the cold feed to the cylinder. Also you would need to fit a single check valve on the return loop just after the bronze pump.Essex flange would be ideal for feed pipe.

    is there thermostatic rad valves on all radiators? if so there should be an automatic bypass fitted on the system some where, it could be that all the thermostatic radiators are shut down not allowing the pump to get rid of the heat in the boiler.

    Is the pipe stat fitted on the flow or return, if on return all the rads will heat up until return water reaches set temp.

    Check ballvalve in central heating tank is not stuck and therefore not filling the central heating up as it sounds like the whole system is short of water and causing the boiler to over heat and trip off
