Hi, i'm in a bungalow with a vented gravity system & showers weren't the greatest, so we upgraded the main to a 25mm & fitted a pressurised system with 4.4bar incoming & 3 bar reduced at the hot water tank has really improved things. On one shower we had hot & cold 22mm incoming & a 15mm down...
Its odd, that i had not even seen a gun until i was nearly 50 & i started clay shooting. It took 4 months to get a licence & i enjoy the sport. In the UK they are very strict on guns & we get around 26 killings a year. & the USA thousands a year. I got into an argument with a lodger at my own...
At the end of the day, hats off to Denmark & Australia for having the guts to stand up to immigration & so called asylum seekers. It must be costing us tax payers £millions & could of paid the doctors & what they was after & still got change. This county has no balls.
Not a way to solve the problem, but my hearing is not the greatest, but a £50 wireless set of Sony headphones was the best thing i ever purchased for clarity & sound quality. Usually get 2 days from one charge.
Easy answer is get the local DNO to give a quote. Guarantee it wont be cheap. I can remember some nice guys that worked for the lecy company's that moved & upgraded many single phase mains for us at a 1/4 of the price of the DNO. They charged us £400 20+ years ago. Hate to think what it would be...
If you not sure, side acro prop above the lintel. Take the old lintel out & fit a longer one to cover the new & old area. 1800mm lintel is only £25.00.
Hi, no shading. It was a case of a little bit of future proofing if it was ok to do. I will have a permanent amp/volt meter on each string to keep an eye on things & if any problem, & its far easeir to pull 5 apart than 10 when X amount of feet up on a roof.
I am also an electrician & retired 20 years ago, so out of touch with many things, but am still more than capable of doing the work, & at a few months short of 70 i wont be taking any courses. Just looking for some help.
Hi, i have an inverter that is a Growatt 6kw with a max 500v input & 150v start up & the panels are all as per spec below. I have 10 panels & would like to wire them in 2 series of 5 = 10 in total. Which i think is 5x40.25voc = 212.50v Is my figures correct for my inverter & should i take any...
Not sure now days, but at one time you could get away with it, but needed to use another master socket. But its been a few years since i was involved with any phones.
Looks like a bathroom type fitting with a transformer. I would throw both away & pick up a bathroom lightfitting & a 240v led GU10 bulb.& conect straight to the 2 grey "240v" cables coming in
The young fellow fitting most of it is fully qualified, but i will be giving him a hand. He is also not the easyest peron to contact. Plus he is not VAT registerd & i am, so i can claim it back.
Must admit i can only find 32mm MuPVC pipe & fittings. Which is ok as its a 9m run with 2x45 & 2x90 sweeping bends, so boarder line for 22mm.
Hopping i can find a 22 to 32mm reducer in plastic. MUPVC. Thanks for the tip, & looks like we are running a 32mm MUPVC pipe to the drain.
