    Hi ,we recently moved into a bungalow with a outside shed approximatly 15 mtrs down the garden the garden.In the shed we have a consumer unit feeding a 500watt halogen light and sockets feeding a fridge this is all fed by armoured cablec buried under the garden spured from the house ring...

    if youve got a decent drill why dont you mark out where the box is going then pepper that box mark with a series of holes the depth of the box, then chase out with a skutch chisel.

    Hi,we have got a 8.5 kw triton shower and its fed on its own circuit,but when its been used and we turn it off the bathroom lights flicker dim then go back to normal.Is this normal practice or does it need investigating further ,cheers.

    yes lights will be temporary ,but found a quite easy route to spur off a socket thats in a bedroom and run it in trunking.Wasnt to sure if u could take the feed off the lighting circuit as it would of been easier but not really ideal.cheers :)

    hi ,would it be advisable to take feed off the upstairs lighting circuit in the loft and put a socket on the end ,as i need a socket up there.The socket would only be feeding some christmas lights through a transformer,cheers.

    hi ,would it be advisable to put the socket to feed a chimney hood behind the steel hood so its not seen ,or would it be better just under the coving to the left of the hood on the outside ,cheers
