Does anyone have more suggestions

So a new pump was fitted today but still no luck. Its still going into overheat lockout. Now they suggest it could be sludge in the radiator. As I mentioned before if hw and ch is on sametime some rads are hot n sone cold. If only ch on all are hot so still sludge if all get hot.? This...

Still waiting for the parts to arrive - however I've noticed that if h/w and c/h are on, the radiators are not getting hot. Maybe only 1 or 2. If I just select c/h then all are hot. Any ideas ?

i've tried a similar method i think. i've turned the pump off and then go to the mixer at the shower and when i turn the lever to cold, cold water comes out as it should. when i turn to hot only a little bit of water comes out but still warm. once i turn the power back on for the pump...

the pump was faulty it never turned on when the shower was on so i replaced it. hhhmm.. shower valve is a aqualisa manual i think... i can take a pict if that helps.

i think so as there is only 1 pipe from the cylinder that goes up in to the loft

i assume its the connection at the top of the water cylinder as this pipe goes up in to the loft.

i went back up to the loft today as one of my friends say maybe the cold water is turned on too much that goes into the shower pump, too much pressure to the pump. As the cold water tank has a tap i turned this to hlaf open, but this still didnt work. If i close it fully i get hot water from...

i have only the cold water tank in the loft.

The shower pump is in the loft with the cold water tank. so the cylinder water goes up from the cylinder up to the loft in to the pump and then the pump back to the shower. " header tank for your heating, or a filling loop and pressure gauge? " hhhmmm not a clue.. :(

nope aint fixed it.... still sometimes not getting hotwater from the power shower pump. i think i need to bleed the hot water cylinder but im not too sure what im looking for. i have added picts for you guys to see. is this the bleed valve ?

fixed it.... must have been an airlock.. i drained the hot water from the tank completely and then hot water started pumping from the powershower... woohoo....... no more dribble dribble water for shower now. i can now have a decent shower. :) thanks guys!

yes, i will turn off the cold water valve on the pump and the water supply to the tank and try this.
