I have just used this on two walls in my bathroom previously half tiled/half painted. It goes on and seems to smooth well but it soon starts to pull and becomes impossible to get a good finish. I ended up having to sand the walls top to bottom, ok they say you may have to to remove the trowel...

Just used Smoothover on my bathroom walls and this defintely doesn't do what it says on the tin - left me with a bigger job to sand the whole wall and refill the low points - next time I will just fill/repair/rub back the wall without wasting time and money on this product.

Don't bother - waste of time and money. I have just used this im my bathroom and had to then sand the whole wall and fill the remaining low points - so would have been quicket to have made good the individual cracks and rough finish. waste of a days work - worst product Polycell have ever...
