    Lights tripping Sockets RCD

Still seems odd to me. How come the lights were tripping the RCD before? Hmm, who knows, hope it solves your problems.

    3 Phase HRC Fuse Board

I would say that looks ok to me, stick a 20A fuse in and use that to the RCD enclosure.

    Adding a pull-cord override to a light-triggered extractor

Gotta admit, thats a good tip!

    3 Phase HRC Fuse Board

Yeah, thats pretty much what I meant, I suspected he might have meant a similar type board as what you say with no RCD protection at all. Thats why I said if hes gonna run a pair of tails into an enclosure next to it he could either have a small 3 or 4 way CU with an RCD as the main switch and...

    3 Phase HRC Fuse Board

What type of spare fuse do you have? Don't forget if your using twin and earth cable for this you need to have RCD protection, don't just run a radial off an old fuse. As Spark123 said, 20 amps will cover your radial just fine, on an MCB or RCBO that is.

    3 Phase HRC Fuse Board

Ah, missed the two socket bit, I agree, radial certainly suffice.

    3 Phase HRC Fuse Board

I'd take the first option, Henley block the tails to bring a new set of tails into a small enclosure, use RCD or RCBO and run in a new ring, job done.

    Lights tripping Sockets RCD

Sounds like a borrowed neutral to me. This should definetely have been picked up on a test and sorted as this can lead to problems when isolating one circuit, ie lights, you think its dead but it still has the potential to carry current down the neutral that connects it to the sockets, or...

    no earth

I would also suggest getting this fixed now and unplug your appliances until you get to the bottom of it. Electrical appliances that use water and have no earth could kill someone.

    Adding a pull-cord override to a light-triggered extractor

Why not just get an electrician to move the triple pole isolator to a place where you can reach it?

    White T &E lighting cable.

Both red cores inside new T+E? Where are you getting it from? Any twin and earth you purchase for lighting should be standard colours, blue and brown. In order to keep a track on switch wires, lives, neutrals etc you will have to bell them out to ascertain which is to be used for which...
