Also when the dhw is turned on the boiler fires up and the ch pressure gauge needle jumps and it sounds like air in the boiler. Regards, Alan.

Hi, I've changed the back of the display panel and the purple com lead but no change, still 1 horizontal line on the display and the burner light on. Looks like a new pcb.

Hi, The contacts on the back of the display panel are not very good so I thought it would be best to replace it and the purple lead which is in the same condition. Sorry for being dumb, eaga's cover ? Cheers Alan.

Hi, I think I will replace the control panel and purple wire, then if not sorted change the pcb. I have taken boiler cover out with b/gas but breakdown cover wont start for 3 more weeks. Bugger. Cheers, Alan.

HI, CAN ANYBODY HELP. I'VE JUST REPLACED THE DIVERTER VALVE, ON A IDEAL ISAR HE 35 ,FILLED THE SYSTEM AND TURNED IT ON. TURNED THE DHW ON AND IT RAN FOR A SHORT TIME THEN THE BURNER TURNED OFF THEN RELIT THEN OFF THEN ON. AFTER ABOUT 5 OR 6 TIMES THE BOILER STOPPED AND THE BURNER LIGHT...
