    2 layers of british gypsum 12.5 boards will give you 60 mins, but you must make sure that the boards are staggered and fire tape (jointed) does not need to be to a good finish but must be taped and also some form of fire sealant to the edge of boards where they meet the external walls. HTH

    How can i fix this plasterboard hole?

    I would use a product called easifill for plastering over the hole , very forgiving product if you mess it a little you can sand it down flat and tweak it to look as good as new.

    You will need to use the manufacturers product for any warranty if there was a problem down the line with the plasterboard, for British gypsum boards you will need to apply thistle bond it or knauf plasterboard you will need knauf betokontakt.
