Hi Has anyone been on one of their courses ? I'm considering doing their Italian Plastering course, but I can't find much info on them, so any feed back would be great.

Lots of posts on here which state that one coat plaster is bad, but I can't seem to find out what actually in particular is so bad about it.

Hi Anyone used Wickes One Coat plaster ? I came across a review somewhere the other day that said it was good stuff. Supposedly it has a slower setting time than multi finish, which for someone like me who is just getting to grips with plastering sounds pretty good. Any thoughts ?

Hi I have a small bathroom wall to skim that has been painted with vinyl silk, can anyone advise as to how best prep the wall prior to skimming Thanks in advance.

Hi can anyone recommend a plastering course in the North West, ideally around the Liverpool, South Manchester area. Looked at a few on the net but it would be nice if someone could give some honest feedback from personal experience. Cheers
