well i've got good old british gas home care coming out again tomorrow,...and they ain't bloody leaving until they solve it.. how long does the pump take to stop once switched off as it's still running???

the paddle type box is a LANDIS & GYR MODEL V322 tried the magnet thing but had that much paint on pipes along with a very weak magnet didnt stick.. will try switching off.. alot of noise such a water and air in pump itself..

if i switch off my boiler how long should it take for the overflow to stop flowing... as i'm pretty sure its continuous....

seco your a star mate... i'll give it me best shot.. do you think that would be causing the overflowing and air problems then... thanks mate

water condition is very good seco, good & clear

oooh... i forgot, not sure if this i right but the paddle box quite often seems to get stuck between A & B trying to move eitherway every other second.....is that usual??

dont really know too much as this is not my field but i'll have a go...have small tank next to the large cold supply tank..now the water is coming from a 22mm crook shape pipe next to the ball valve feed...definately not the feed... is probably filling 3 pints a minute..????
