Thanks. I probably didn't explain myself but the pilot light is alight and the fan is working when it clicks. When I switch it off and straight back on again on the front, the pilot light goes out for a second, relights, wait for a couple of seconds then the main burners come on after the first...

I get a clicking noise from my Ideal Classic when it is trying to fire up sometimes. It goes on for as long as we can put up with it, before we switch it off and on again. It then lights instantly every time. Other than this it works perfectly. It probably does it four or five times in a day...
