I am at work at the moment, but will go home and investigate a bit more. I hope the gas is on ok...but I am not 100% sure. I also think I need to sort the water out......It is trying to light, but I am guessing that if there is no water flowing through then it won't light anyway...is that correct?

It's a Vaillant Ecotec Pro (pile of rubbish in a box really) I bled the radiators last night, but I will do it again later. I have reset the boiler 3 times (pressing the flame button and holding it down) and each time the boiler goes back to it's F28 fault. We have gas as well I have checked...

    Vaillant EcoTec Pro F75 fault

Ok, the update is as follows: Man come to change the pump, which took about half an hour (he only changed the front part...and left me the back bit in case I needed it in the future) so I thought...happy days! He left, and then we had water coming through the celing. Upon inspection it seems...

    Vaillant EcoTec Pro F75 fault

To confirm... the pump seal going is a manufacturing fault or the pressure sensor going? The guy isn't coming around until late Friday evening, the last thing I want is him not coming with the right parts to get the boiler working. I don't think he is too hot on the Vaillant boliers as he...

    Vaillant EcoTec Pro F75 fault

Do you think it could be a combo of the 2? IE: the sensor has messed up and somehow has made the seal go on the pump? There was water coming from the pump??

    Vaillant EcoTec Pro F75 fault

I called a man out and he seems to think the pump seal has been damaged... new pump £75 + 2.5 hours fitting... does that sound about right? There was also water sitting the the boiler where the pump is when I opened it up last night.. So does that suggest it is the pump and not the dreaded...

    Vaillant EcoTec Pro F75 fault

Looking in the book what they class as the filling loop we don't appear to have...our tap is situated on a copper pipe... I will try and re-fill the system tonight and see what happens. I did turn the heating dial down about 3 days ago and then last night we had this problem....I don't suppose...

    Vaillant EcoTec Pro F75 fault

Hi I need some help. My boiler last night started showing the F75 fault, and the pressure gage was at zero....the display read 0.4. I read the booklet and can see that I need to re-fill the boiler, but I can't seem to work out how to do it? I have a pipe (which was labelled water something or...
