Thanks for your help guys. I followed the advice from DP and stuck the grey wires in terminal 3.

I’d be very grateful if someone could take a look at the attached wiring diagram I have drawn up and let me know... if it will work. I’m not sure what to do with terminal 3 on the boiler. And if I wanted to remove the HW/CH programmer all together and just use the programmable thermostats...
