thx 4 your answers :wink: now my worries came true, my toddler painted on one of the doors with a ball pen!!! can I get this off with soap and sponge? and if not, if I use a very fine sandpaper, will the surface of the door get uneven???

we have stripped bright wooden doors in our house, which don't have a finish or seal. I do not want to get them shiny and therefore I am looking for a seal or finish which keeps the appearance of the wood as natural as possible! I would appreciate advice :D
