hmm, ta. The LEDs didn't re-set on setting the system, been using it for a further week or so and the same 2 are still flashing, but they weren't when the engineer finished the setup. The insurance thing - is that right? My company said this was fine as long as locked in the vent position. ta

...so to speak. Just replaced the flush on our toilet. All looks good, however on flushing there's a small amount of water creeping from the bottom of the cistern onto the body of the loo itself. When replacing the flush mechanism there was a sort of rubber foam washer/seal where the cistern...

So, the Gloworm 35ci has been playing up since we moved house. Recently been having lots of problems with pressure falling from 1.0 bar to 0.6 bar (thus not firing up as pressure too low). Water dripping from the overflow pipe outside, pressure up to 3.0ish when boiler working. Expansion...

OK so from reading lots on the forum it looks as though our problem might be the pressure vessel. Lots of water coming out of the 'overflow' pipe at the side of the house - pressure around 2.7bar during operation, dropping rapidly when cold to around 0.6bar. Checked the FAQ for how to go about...

OK - I think I've tracked this down - thankfully! So it appears that one of our WCs is overflowing ever-so-slightly into the bowl - you can hardly see it but there's the tiniest movement of water into it. So every now and then I guess this flow means that the water level in the cistern drops...
