Haven't tried garden hose yet but will do, thanks - been too cold to go outside!! The drip of water is coming from the bottom of the left hand V shape where it meets the plastic horizontal piece. Will the plastic strip between windows 'snap off' so I can maybe see where the water's coming...

Thanks for that but absolutely not condensation - windows are are perfectly dry.

I have a small pool of water on the window ledge in my conservatory. It appears to be coming from the joint at the bottom of plastic piece between the windows. Further along the window ledge at the corner the MDF (?) window ledge is swelling and the paint is bubbling due to water ingress (?)...

Thanks for quick reply, Karl, but since posting the message I have found another thread which gives a tel.no. for Grohe. Grohe said I can get the part from Jewsons or Plumbcentre.

Having problems with my concealed Grohe flush. After flushing, water continues to pour into the bowl. This is the second time this has happened in 9years - after the first time (approx 3yrs after it was fitted) we had to buy a whole new cistern to get the relevant piece. Can anyone advise if...
