If the reply above does not work them get a small pair of electronic pin pliers. They are thin enough to feed into the opening and grip the offending CD. I have had to use this method myself.

Thank you for your reply, but how do I get the old one out ? I have removed the outer casings plus the curved one under the door, and the top but cannot get in to it remove the old one. Thanks again
