so how do i get rid of these marks when they are showing through the paint? is there something i need to put on before the paint??

floating beads or thin coat angle beads - what is the difference?? all i know is the plasterer used a 90 degree metal piece to make the straight edge. does this help?

so how do i get rid of the marks? i have painted im guessing the walls will be sealed so will i need to sand back the paint and wait for it to dry out, or do i need to put something else on the walls to cure the salts showing? sorry im a bit of an amature at this!
