    Doorstep Tiling Help !!

Hi You'll just need to use a flexible adhesive, I'd recommend the Ultra Pro-Flex Powder Adhesive. When you apply it, use a thick base layer. Don't use the dot-and-drab method. You can use regular grout however be sure to use a tile sealant to protect against the weather. Hope this helps.

Tiling up to an external door - how close?

A PVC edging strip should be fine, although (whilst it'd be a bit of a pain) laying a piece of wood on top of the insulation, then tiling on top of that would probably be your best bet. Hope this helps.

    Need advice on floor preperation

I'd recommend putting chipboard over the concrete to level it out, then using your self leveller. When you come to tiling, use a flexible adhesive and seal over the grout. As all houses are different, I'd recommend getting a surveyor to come take a quick look, just to be on the safe side...

    van livery

Hmm, tricky one. It might be an idea to just ask each customer: a) where they heard about you b) if they knew you/had seen you name/had seen your name on the van c) whether they thought it was important to have the name on the van Then weigh this against the amount of thefts...
