    Thank you :) When you say gas repair requests, do you mean like a boiler breakdown? I just have a landlord certificate evry year, is this same as a servive or similar? One other point, are gas cooker's not good then? I have always had gas cookers nin my house too, they seem ok.

    Hi Thanks, the pump seems ok, it comes on for hot water, Hot water heats up as normal. Do yu think it could be sludge? Or maybe the motor valve isn'topening fully or something is jammed inside it?

    the boiler fires up so I presum the motor valves are working ok... all rads have been vented and water escapes the pump.... how do i check for that ?
