Have found out that the primary (CH) flow switch was probably a dud (even tho its New old stock) waiting for a New, new one & if that dont work get a proper boiler. :roll:

Yes I know that was a different problem, but it had good response & it told jobsworths what a forum is.

I had a feeling that baxi were rubbish, as have been spoilt with a old Vaillant that lasted 12 years with little probs.
