ive built a concrete block pond what is the best way to render it some say one coat, others two coats, some three any ideas of mix once again 3/1 2/1 plus added fibres for reinforcing where is the cheapest place for purchasing fibres

any ideas for best mix and do i do it with one coat or two it is going directly onto concrete blocks where can you get the fibremix to add to the mix
