Your right on the con part, I managed to find the sight you gave me the link for thanks, but the fires there are not the same model the model I have has 4 radiants I have not been able to find anything on this model except for the model number on a parts sight I came across selling the radiants.

Am having cavity wall insulation done and firm will not install it without knowing the kwh rating of the fire, cannot find rating plate on fire. I am hoping to find manual to give fire rating.

Help have bought property with a Valor Gas Fire Model 32-810-54 Quattro. Anyone have an idea where I can get a user manual for this? have spent hours searching to no availe. Any help out there please Regards John
