What's the problem?
Am having cavity wall insulation done and firm will not install it without knowing the kwh rating of the fire, cannot find rating plate on fire. I am hoping to find manual to give fire rating.

This is the link that SHOULD take you to manual for that fire. However, when I tried it, it wouldn't work. If you can't get it to work, a call to Valor should see them email you.

Thanks, but unfortunately the link has not come through or I am missing it. I have emailed Valor but they have not come back to me.

Have a look at www.partsarena.com/baxi
It will come up and you might be able to print the screen.

This is a bit of a con with cavity wall people so they can get 50 quid+ for fitting a vent from the un informed.

Your right on the con part, I managed to find the sight you gave me the link for thanks, but the fires there are not the same model the model I have has 4 radiants I have not been able to find anything on this model except for the model number on a parts sight I came across selling the radiants.

The need of a vent has got nothing to do with them its only if an existing vent is there then they cannot block it.

Tell them you have taken verbal advice and any cost involved for an actual visit then they can pay it

If you could post a picture of fire we may be able to identify it as an existing fire under another name
