    Hi I just fitted a dual remote to my quartz digital and it keeps selecting the overhead outlet but I have set up the riser rail on position 1 and overhead as position 2 and this works fine on the main control, aqualisa close for the weekend so just in case someone knows Thanks

    Well just to update engineer came out and found the condensate was blocked where it was connected to sink waste, turned out the original installer had just heated something and poked holes in the sink waste, so you could pour water down the condensate but as it was around 2m away it just took...

    Trap held under tap and constant flow out of it, tried around 1/2 pint of water down the condensate and runs away, actually thought a blockage was the fault at the start causing the drips at the gasket

    But now no leak after using lsx but trap filling up into sump and getting a soft thump when boiler fires, also around 1/4 l of water out of sump when trap removed And as no cert now I’m not going any further like removing gas valve to get sump out

    Well just to update engineer book for tomorrow, I used lsx to seal the gasket and this was fine for a few days but getting the f2 fault and took the trap off and got loads of water coming out the sump, so went as far as I feel confident in as not going into any further. Thanks

    Update water coming from this panel, condensate pipe clear, trap half full on outlet 3/4 full on inlet , I took the panel off and reversed the gasket for now

    Pressure wise I have just noticed it’s increasing very slightly, so today disconnected the filling loop to rule that out, and will monitor, heat exchanger swapped out a month from new around 6 years back

    Sorry it was bought from council 30 years back just meant it was built as a council 4 in a block flats with own front door and around 25 years back had a new CU fitted
