Try it on a hot wash, maybe its just the cold supply bunged up. Check the pipe taps are on, ie spigot in line with the pipe. Check the filter where the pipe meets the machine. Check flow while the pipe is off, you may need a bit of ptfe tape to put it back again.

If it is a cast iron bath the enamel will have worn away in that acidic water, I don't rate in situ re-enamelling at all, it always looks bad. Sledgehammer and a fibreglass replacement.
